INGREDIENTS 1 teaspoon BAM spice mix for strudel and pie Gin Ice 100 ml apple juice 1 teaspoon honey Lemon juice Mineral water or sparkling wine Apple slices (for garnish) Cinnamon stick (for decoration) PROCEDURE Preparation of the spiced gin: Pour a teaspoon of BAM strudel and pie mix over the gin and leave to stand for a few days in a cool, dark place.
